Your results: free for commercial use

The barcode images, check digits, code lists, tables and printouts you produce with the tools on this site (“your results”) are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial work, royalty-free and worldwide. You may print the barcodes on products, packaging, cartons and labels you sell, and copy results into invoices, shipping documents, quotes and catalogues. No attribution or credit is required.

The tools draw barcodes for the numbers you enter; they do not issue numbers. Retail product numbers (GTIN, UPC, EAN) must be licensed from GS1, and ISBNs come from your national ISBN agency.

Two limits: material by third parties that is listed on the credits page keeps its own licence; and you may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its tools or its design as a competing tool or service, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.

Reference data, not a classification ruling

The tariff, export and location code lookups show public data from official sources (listed on the credits page) for reference. They are not a binding classification ruling or legal advice. Classifying goods correctly is the importer’s or exporter’s responsibility; check the official schedule, and ask a licensed customs broker or the customs authority when in doubt. Always test-scan barcodes with the scanners your customers use before printing in volume.

No warranty

We test the tools against independently checked reference values, but mistakes can happen; check anything important before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content and licences

The site’s design, text and code are © PremiumExporter. Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.

Advertising and third-party services

The site may show advertising and may use visit statistics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
